My background is in accounting and finance and I hold an MBA degree from a top business school. For the past year, I have been renting an inlaw unit that is now needed by the owner for family members, so I am "between homes" at the moment. I have had a few house-sitting opportunities in recent years, which have worked out well for all parties.
As a former homeowner of sixteen years, I know how personal and precious your private space is to you. I also know how important it is to keep the communication lines open...I will keep you informed of everything going on with appliances, utilities, landscapers and so forth. I don't smoke, drink or do drugs. When I am not working, I am either meditating, doing yoga, cooking organic meals, reading, watching tv or chatting with friends. I can provide excellent references.
