I am older and mature. I own houses in Canada and keep excellent maintenance on them. I do many renovations myself and I have a huge love for animals. I do volunteer work with several animal rescue organizations. I have rented before in my life and walked away with landlords that were always very sad I left since I took care of every property as if it were my own. I have also done cleaning contracts for others and was trusted with an excellent track record. I also am in posession of a recent police clearance check for local volunteer position. I am physically fit and in very good health. I enjoy taking care of others properties where I stay and more so their pets. The best part of me about house sitting is caring for others pets, it makes for a very well rounded house sit!!! I would not bring any people to the house or any animals other than what are there. If I were to bring a friend over for dinner or a visit it would be just that and no others allowed , no overnights or anything of that sort unless my husband were able to take time off and come over briefly. I have excellent references which can be supplied as I have done housesits worldwide and some were repeats. The pets are always my top priority and Im always willing to send daily updates if the home owner likes this! I use house sitters myself so I know what I expect and I like to go above and beyond that for others :)
