We are a married couple looking to see the world in our retirement. We are in good health and we both have our NEXUS card meaning we have been fully vetted to recieve trusted traveller status with the US.
Ken is very handy with minor maintenance including electrical, plumbing and irrigation. We only hire trades when the work requires special knowledge. Ken maintains our yard (lawn, trees and shrubs). If you have any special requirements just let us know.
Linda is a great housekeeper of our home and loves to maintain her plants and flowers. She also enjoys helping with the outdoor landscaping and weeding.
We are looking to get away from Canadian winters and are flexible to house sit in most countries and are not afraid of travelling to get there.
We completed a 10 week housesit (2 dogs and 2 cats) in Clarksville Tennessee at end of February 2020.
We completed a 1 week house sit in Courtenay BC in August 2021 to look after a year old shitzu. We fell in love with this little gal who hadn't had exposure to other people due to covid and was very skittish. Within a couple of days she was well adjusted and very playful with us.
We recently completed a 1 month house sit near Kimberley BC in September We looked after the garden and large yard while enjoying the recreational oportunities available in the area
