Hello my name is Dawn I'm a loving mother of two beautiful daughters and also a pet lover since I was 5 years old. I've always had dogs as pets my fur babies and cats as well as birds hamsters and also fish.
I'm retired from the Information Technology world into the real world I'm enjoying being free to explore different parts of the USA. I would also like to explore many countries.
I saw this opportunity to be able to travel and take care of the fur babies of all kinds. I have a house in Long Island, NY where I am the landlord of a tenant who lives in my downstairs apartment. I know how to fix things around the house I'm a do-it-yourselfer! both inside and outside of my home. I come from a family of electricians and plumbers to auto mechanics.
I have 3 rescue dogs right now and when I'm away they get to stay in their home with either my daughters caring for them or my friend who also lives with me. I am able to go away for a little while and come back to my whole family and yes my fur babies I have to say I do miss them the most when I'm away.
I am a very tidy person who will adore your animals and take care of them like I do my fur babies. I also am very handy around the home I do gardening, yard work, cooking, cleaning etc. I also know how to give medications to dogs and cats and even have given insulin injections. I have a keen sense when a fur baby is ill and I always like to be close to them so I get to know their habits. I talk to my fur babies I believe they understand some of what I have to say also I have done some dog training over the years.
