I've been working professionally with animals in different capacities for over 20 years. I currently offer dog training, drop-ins, and house-sitting services through my own business. When I travel, I like to house-sit.
I spent 10 years breeding and raising purebred American Pit Bull Terriers. We competed in conformation and weight pull and I had several Champion and Ace titled dogs. In that time I traveled the US showing and often transported dogs and puppies for friends and acquaintances on my trips.
I worked as a Boarding Kennel Manager for Canine Comfort Corner in Bothell, Wa for 3 years. Here I lived on-site and took care of cats, dogs (50 over holidays), and chickens. I also had my dogs and cat with me. My cat lived to be 18 and my last dog died at 15 in 2021.
While working in boarding select clients also had us house-sit and take care of their dogs in-house. I was tasked with this and took care of dogs, cats, birds, and fish.
